Anil Misra

Founder and Managing Partner of AM Legal with over 20 years in the legal profession. A former IAS officer (1978) who served in senior positions in State and Central Government before moving to law in 2003.

He began his career in the Indian Administrative Service and held high-profile posts, including Secretary to various Ministries in State and Central Government, with several published works. Since joining the legal profession in 2003 he has specialised in technology development, patenting, freedom to operate analysis, patent litigation, intellectual property management, property disputes, and general civil and criminal litigation. Earlier, he set up and headed the Corporate and Intellectual Property practice at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan.
