Visit or Contact AM Legal in Delhi

AM Legal, led by Advocate Anant Misra, is located at 2589, Hudson Lane, GTB Nagar, Delhi 110009, close to the GTB Nagar Metro station on the Yellow Line, which makes the office easy to reach from North Delhi, Central Delhi and the Delhi University area. You can speak to the team on 9868084425, message on WhatsApp, or use the contact form on this page for written enquiries. We also have a business profile on Google Maps, where you can find directions and read reviews from clients.

Before you call or visit

A short, clear summary of your situation helps us advise you faster. Note down the key dates, the names of the courts or police stations involved, and any case or FIR numbers. If you already have notices, orders, agreements or petitions, keep copies ready. If the matter is urgent, such as an arrest, an anticipatory bail requirement or a hearing in the next few days, tell us at the start of the call.

Courts we regularly appear in

We appear before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and the Delhi district courts at Tis Hazari, Patiala House, Saket, Dwarka, Rohini and Karkardooma, as well as courts in Gurugram. This means you do not need to find a separate advocate when your case moves from one forum to another. For clients who live outside India or outside Delhi, we can arrange consultations by phone or video and keep you updated by message and email after every hearing.

What you can expect after you reach out

Once we receive your enquiry, a member of the team will get back to you to understand the basics of the matter and fix a consultation. During the consultation we explain the legal position, possible strategies, the likely stages and the documents needed. We also discuss fees openly at the start. We do not guarantee results, because outcomes depend on facts and on the court, but we do promise honest advice and regular communication.

Confidentiality

Everything you share with us is treated as confidential under the Advocates Act, 1961, the Bar Council of India Rules and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023. You can speak freely about your situation, including sensitive family or criminal matters, without worrying about it being disclosed.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an appointment? We recommend calling first so that an advocate is available when you arrive and your time is not wasted.

Can I send documents online? Yes. After your first call we will tell you which documents to share on WhatsApp or the contact form so the advocate can review them in advance.

Which languages do you speak? The team works in English and Hindi.

Is there a charge for the first call? Please ask when you call; we will explain the fee for a detailed consultation before you commit to anything.

Getting here and getting in touch

From GTB Nagar Metro station the office is a short distance away, and the area is also well connected by road from Mukherjee Nagar, Kamla Nagar, Model Town, Civil Lines and the Delhi University North Campus. If you are travelling from other parts of Delhi, the Yellow Line of the Delhi Metro is usually the simplest option. Please call before you leave so that we can confirm that the advocate you wish to meet is available.

Ways to reach us

You can reach us by phone on 9868084425, by message on WhatsApp, through the contact form on this page, or by visiting the office. For written enquiries, include a short summary of your matter, the city and court involved, and the best time to call you. We read every enquiry and respond to it, and we will tell you plainly if a matter falls outside the areas we handle.

Reviews and your feedback

Clients can find AM Legal Services on Google Maps and share their feedback there. We read reviews carefully because they tell us how to improve, but we never publish a review on your behalf or ask for any information that would reveal the details of your case.

Matters we are commonly asked about

People contact AM Legal about divorce and custody, notices and summons, FIRs and bail, cheque bounce cases, property and tenancy disputes, wills and succession, cyber fraud and appeals to the High Court and the Supreme Court. If your question is not in this list, call anyway. A short conversation is often enough to tell you whether you need a lawyer at all, and what your next step should be.

Urgent situations

If a family member has been detained, tell us immediately: the police station, the date and time of detention and the sections mentioned, if known. For notices with a reply deadline, send us a photograph of the notice as soon as you receive it. Early action leaves more options open and is almost always less expensive than acting at the last moment.

When you contact us, you speak directly with a member of the AM Legal team, not a call centre. We will listen, ask a few clarifying questions and tell you what to do next, even if that is simply to gather a few more documents before booking a consultation.
