How AM Legal Works With Its Clients
AM Legal is a Delhi law firm led by Advocate Anant Misra, with its office at 2589, Hudson Lane, GTB Nagar, Delhi 110009. The firm handles matrimonial and family law, criminal defence, property and civil disputes, cyber crime matters and appeals before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India. Every matter is approached the same way: understand the facts fully, explain the law honestly, and then choose a strategy that fits the client's goals rather than the most aggressive option on paper.
Our approach to every case
We begin with a detailed first conversation, followed by a review of the documents. Clients then receive a plain-language explanation of their options, the stages ahead and the realistic risks. During the case we keep clients informed after each hearing, share copies of important filings and orders, and explain the next date and what is expected of them. Many disputes, especially family and property matters, can be resolved faster through mediation or negotiation, and we say so when that is in the client's interest. When a matter must be fought in court, we prepare it thoroughly from the first notice to the final argument.
Courts and forums we appear before
Our advocates appear before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court and the district courts of Delhi at Tis Hazari, Patiala House, Saket, Dwarka, Rohini and Karkardooma, as well as courts in Gurugram. We also assist clients before consumer commissions, tribunals and arbitration forums where the matter requires it.
