ANIL MISRA
Retired IAS Officer
Mr. ANIL MISRA is the founder and the Managing Partner of AM Legal Service, he has over 20 years of expertise in various legal fields. He holds B. Tech and M. Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. He began his career as a civil servant by joining the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in the year 1978, during which he had held various high profile post in both State as well as in Central Government. He had published various important publications and have made significant contributions as Secretary to various Ministries, State and central Government.
In 2003 he joined the Legal Profession and since then he has been Practicing with specialization in Technology Development, Patenting, Freedom to Operate Analysis, Patent Litigation, Intellectual Property Management, Property Disputes, general Civil and Criminal litigation. Earlier Mr. Anil Misra had also worked with Lakshmi Kumaran & Sridharan, he had Set up and Headed Corporate and Intellectual Property Practice there.
